If you need help with an O's Tees order, email support@ostees.store with your order number, the email used at checkout, and what happened.

Before you order

Please check the product page, colour and size selection, and size guide before checkout. If you have a product or sizing question, contact support before placing an order.

If something is wrong with your order

If an item arrives damaged, incorrect, or there is another product issue, contact support@ostees.store with your order details and photos where useful. We'll review the details and help with the next step.
